About Kevin Proctor

Kevin grew up in a artistic family. His love for drawing began at an early age and he dreamed about becoming an artist. He was extremely interested in animation and aspired to work with Walt Disney creating these magical movies.

Kevin attended the Cleveland Institute of Art and excelled in his passion for art. During this time he was accepted into Disney's Internship program where his dream came to fruition. He worked at Walt Disney Feature Animation for 10 years. He had the privledge to work on several movies including "Lion King", "Mulan", "John Henry", "Lilo & Stitch" and "Brother Bear". He was able to perfect his skills and natural talent in "layout". Following the closing of Dinsey's Feature Animation Department, Kevin began working at Electronic Arts. Giving up his pencil and paper he took to his Wacom; and, with the aid of Photoshop, he discovered a new medium for creating environments within video games such as "Madden", "NCAA Football," "Tiger Woods", "Nascar", "Superman", "NFL Street" - evolving from "layout" to "concept" art he is able let his creative talents thrive.

Kevin passed away in 2010 after a battle with cancer. I keep his site alive as his career in art was something he was truly proud of. He was constantly humbled at with the opportunity to work with such talented artists, and grow his skills through that interaction.

Here's to Kevin!
